Air France said it maintained its connections with Cairo on Sunday, a destination that British Airways temporarily stopped serving for safety reasons.
In a statement, the French company said it decided “in conjunction with the French authorities and local authorities in Egypt” and adds that it follows the situation “in real-time”.
Saturday, British Airways announced that flights to Cairo would be suspended for seven days, the time to verify the security of the Egyptian capital’s international airport.
The German Lufthansa airline has canceled its Munich-Cairo and Frankfurt-Cairo flights, but only for Saturday.
