BlackRock at more than 5% of the votes

BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, said that on 11 July it had increased the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of Eiffage and held 5.81% of the capital and 5,005% of the voting rights of the group of construction and concessions. 

This threshold crossing results from the receipt of Eiffage shares held as collateral.
