Huawei will remove hundreds of jobs in the United States.

Chinese communications equipment giant Huawei (Fuwei, Huawei) announced on the 15th that it plans to invest $3.1 billion in Italy over the next three years. Named as a significant security threat from the United States, the company aims to strengthen its footing in Europe. 

Thomas Miao, CEO of Huawei Italia’s CEO, held a press conference in Milan, (Italy) government affects US-US issues “We are taking an open and transparent policy,” said “$1.9 billion (approximately 210 billion yen) for procurement of goods in Italy over the next three years and $1.2 billion (approximately 130 billion yen) for operations and marketing. To invest $52 million in research and development.”

He said the plan would create 1, 000 direct jobs and 2, 000 subcontract jobs. (AFP)
